This holiday season, the Colorado Railroad Museum’s Santa Claus Special will be delivering letters to Santa.
Kids can drop off their letter to Santa in the railway post office car. The train departs every 30 minutes between 10:00AM and 4:00PM.
Children will want to bring their wish list to share with Santa and Mrs. Claus and then enjoy hot chocolate by the Depot General Store—where they’ll find a huge selection of Thomas the Tank Engine and other railroad toys, games, puzzles and clothing.

We live in an amazing city, with an amazing amount of places to have fun with our children. This is by no means a complete list of places in the metro area but it is a complete list of great places in Lakewood, Littleton, Golden & Wheat Ridge as well some great spots in the Denver area.

There are a lot of places in the metro area that have Kids Eat Free (or practically free) Nights! Here is a list of ones that we know of, and we would love to hear about any that you know to add to our list! Always call ahead to confirm that they are still having a Kid's Eat Free Night because restaurants can change these at any time.
